RESPONSIBLE REMOVAL

Reuse first. Recycle next. Dispose last.

We prioritize donation and recycling for eligible materials and use appropriate disposal for the remainder that cannot be reused or recycled.

01

Reuse

Clean, working and genuinely useful items are considered for donation or another appropriate reuse option.

02

Recycle

Eligible metal, electronics, appliances, green waste and other separated materials are directed toward suitable recycling channels where practical.

03

Dispose

Items that cannot be accepted for reuse or recycling are taken to an appropriate authorized facility.

What donation depends on

Donation is not guaranteed. Charities and reuse organizations decide what they can accept based on condition, safety, cleanliness, storage space and current demand.

  • Item is clean and usable
  • No pest, smoke, mould or water damage
  • The receiving organization currently accepts the item
  • Transportation and scheduling are practical

Keep materials identifiable

Separated and clearly identified material is easier to quote and route responsibly. Mixed bags, unknown containers and contaminated material can limit recycling options and may be refused.

Items we do not accept

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos
  • Hazardous chemicals and solvents
  • Biohazard or medical waste
  • Explosives and propane
  • Automotive fluids
  • Wet paint
  • Unknown or unsafe materials

Honest environmental claims

As a new company, we are not publishing an unverified diversion percentage. We will track real job records before making measurable claims about how much material we keep out of disposal facilities.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Helpful answers.

Will everything usable be donated?

We prioritize donation, but acceptance depends on condition and the receiving organization’s rules and capacity.

Can I receive a donation receipt?

Do not assume a receipt will be available. Receipt eligibility is controlled by the receiving organization and must be confirmed for the specific donation.

Do you take hazardous waste?

No. We do not accept hazardous, biohazardous, explosive or suspected asbestos-containing material.
