What affects the final price
Junk removal is not priced only by how many items you point to. Volume, weight, material type and the time required to move everything safely all affect the work.
- Total volume and approximate weight
- Mattresses, refrigerant appliances and facility fees
- Dense material such as tile, drywall or concrete
- Stairs, elevators, long carries and limited parking
- Dismantling or unusually heavy items
- Pickup location and job scheduling
Examples, not fixed packages
A single couch with straightforward access may fit near the starting price. A mattress can include a recycling charge. Several rooms, a rental turnover or an estate cleanout will be quoted as a larger job. These are examples only; your in-person quote controls.
Changes to the agreed scope
If additional items are added after the quote, or an undisclosed access or material issue changes the work, we stop and explain the revised price before continuing. There should be no surprise loading first and pricing later.

What does the $180 starting price include?
It includes standard labour, lifting, loading and hauling for an approved small job. Applicable tax and any disclosed special disposal, recycling, heavy-material or difficult-access charge are additional.
Why do you quote in person?
An in-person visit lets us see the quantity, material, weight, carrying route, stairs, elevators and parking before confirming the complete price.
Is the price approved before loading?
Yes. We explain the scope and price before anything is loaded. If the agreed scope changes, we discuss the change before continuing.
Can one item still cost more than $180?
Yes. Extremely heavy items, difficult access and materials with special facility or recycling fees can cost more. We disclose those factors before work begins.
