We visit the property, inspect the items and access, and explain any special handling or facility charges.
Approve the price
You decide after hearing the complete price. We do not begin loading before you approve it.
We remove everything agreed
We lift, carry, load and haul the approved items, then sweep the immediate pickup area.
We sort the load
Usable and recyclable materials are prioritized, with the non-reusable remainder taken to an appropriate facility.
Before the appointment
Identify what stays and what goes. Remove personal documents, medication, valuables and anything you do not want removed. Let us know about building booking rules, elevator reservations, loading areas and parking height.
- Secure pets and provide a clear carrying route
- Disconnect appliances from water, gas and hard-wired electrical service
- Tell us about unusually heavy, wet, damaged or contaminated items
- Separate prohibited or hazardous material before we arrive
During the in-person quote
We walk through the agreed areas with you and confirm the items, material, volume and access. We identify special fees and explain the removal plan before providing the price.
On removal day
An authorized person should be available to confirm the scope and approve any necessary change. Building permissions, keys and reserved loading access should be ready before arrival.
After loading
We sweep the immediate pickup area. Detailed cleaning, repairs, hazardous cleanup and secure document destruction are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Do I need to move items outside?
No. Full service includes carrying approved items from inside when access is safe.
Can I add items after receiving the quote?
Usually, but additional items can change the price. We explain and obtain approval for the change before loading them.
Do you guarantee same-day service?
No. Same-day or next-day availability may occasionally be possible, but it is not guaranteed.
